Right to be forgotten

You may request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent or when the processing is unlawful, unless retention is required by law.

How to submit a request

Send a request to office@antitraffic.government.bg with the subject “Personal data request”. State which data and what action you request – access, correction, restriction or erasure.

Identification and timing

To protect your data, we may request additional information for identification. We will respond within the legally required period.
