The Bulgarian representative in GRETA – of the Council of Europe, Mrs. Antoaneta Vasileva, was elected as first Vice President of GRETA.
At their 40th plenary meeting, the experts elected German Helga Geyer as President of the Group, and Austria's Julia Planitzer as the second vice president.
The term of office of GRETA's new bureau is two years and will participate on behalf of all 15 representatives in various meetings, conferences and events. The first such meeting is the upcoming meeting of the C.E.C. Permanent Representatives Committee on 14 April 2021, which provides for an exchange of views with the President-elect of GRETA.
